Our Women Who Will network brings together the next generation of female leaders in law to discuss and exchange ideas on building a future-facing profession where men and women have true equality of both opportunity and outcome.

Over the past 100 years, there has been notable and incredible progress made. We have no doubt that as women leaders in law, change will continue to happen. Working together, we can build on that heritage to forge a future legacy to be proud of.

We meet 3 – 4 times a year in a mix of virtual and face to face settings. Each session opens with a brief introduction from a guest speaker sharing their leadership journey and personal thoughts on what is needed to accelerate change going forward, before we open the discussion to the floor under Chatham House.
