We founded Obelisk Support with a clear goal: to retain exceptional talent by helping legal professionals work in ways that suit their lives.

Our commitment to this Human First principle has opened the door to many further advancements in diversity. Today, our model includes all lawyers who want to work differently, and our network has supported more than 2,000 lawyers, hundreds of clients, covers 20+ sectors and 18 essential commercial practice areas

Obelisk Legal Support has been a women certified business (WBE) for 10 years.

Founder Dana Denis-Smith has a seat on the WEConnect WBE Council which champions women owned and managed businesses in the supply chain. She was awarded the WEConnect International Best Mentor and Role Model award in 2017 and selected to participate in the WEConnect Europe P&G Female Business Leaders Growth Programme in 2018.

A digital museum charting the journey of women in law since 1919, our founder and CEO Dana Denis-Smith launched the First 100 Years project to celebrate the trailblazers who had paved the way for the future of women in the legal industry.

Building on its success, the Next 100 Years project captures the inspirational stories of today’s pioneering women lawyers, driving the change needed to create an equal future for women in the profession
