Our law firm client is seeking a Banking Lawyer approx. 5PQE to join their Manchester-based corporate and leveraged finance division. You will be exposed to an exciting range of domestic and international work across TMT finance, corporate lending, venture debt and growth finance. You must have strong experience in banking and finance law, particularly in corporate and leveraged finance and be comfortable managing cross-jurisdictional matters.
Start date 2nd Dec, for 12mths, FTC. 5 days, hybrid with days in Manchester office.
