Our client, a fast-growing provider of AI-driven risk management solutions to public and private sector organisations, is seeking a commercial contracts lawyer to support the General Counsel through a busy Q4 period.
You will lead on complex SaaS and technology contracts, support InfoSec on RFPs, NDAs and client due diligence, and negotiate on both client and customer contracts, while ensuring compliance with the EU AI Act.
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic commercial lawyer with essential experience in AI.
This role has the possibility of extending or going permanent.
