This is a long-term, full time opportunity to join a digital bank and be a part of their dynamic legal team.
They are seeking a senior structured finance lawyer (8+ PQE) with experience in forward flows, securitisations, loan portfolio purchases obtained in-house and in private practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management, negotiating ISDA and GMRA documentation and Terms of Business for Treasury counterparties.
Start date: 15th Sept, full time 6 – 12 mths. Hybrid, 2 or 3 days in London office.
