This fast-growing, fast paced PE backed business needs an experienced legal consultant to set up the legal function including governance and compliance, advising on strategy, structure and size. You must be willing to get stuck in as you will also be assisting with commercial contracts, supplier contracts, GDPR, compliance, and matters that arise as well as supporting the M&A activity. Previous professional services experience, and working in a start-up or regulated environment will be very useful for this role.

Start date is 9th September, for 3-6months. Ideally 2 days in the office in central London.
