The work you love.

In a way that works for you.

Our Matching Process

Our matching process is initiated when a client provides a brief detailing their requirements, including the skills, hours, and location they are seeking.

We conduct a thorough review of our consultants’ work histories to identify suitable candidates. We also share the roles we can on Tuesdays via our Jobs Burst newsletter.

How We Match Consultants

You are welcome to express your interest upon reviewing the role, and where a strong match is identified, we will make contact to confirm availability, rate, and suitability. We will also request a short, tailored paragraph from you to ensure you are presented to the client in the best way.

We will then submit your Obelisk CV for the client’s consideration. Should the client wish to work with you following interview, we will manage all necessary documentation and contracts, then finalise the start date and complete the set-up process.

Our support continues beyond placement; we remain on hand throughout the onboarding process and provide assistance through to the successful completion of the assignment.
