We want to make sure we say “thank you” when you tell prospective clients and consultants about Obelisk – we really appreciate it!
For any new project over £5,000 that you introduce to Obelisk and that we successfully complete, we will say thank you with a reward of £250.
For any new person you introduce who goes on to work for us, we will say thank you with a reward of £250 after they start work.
How do I put people in touch with you?
For potential clients, tell them to get in touch using this form with details of the work they need help with and remind them to mention that you recommended us.
For potential consultants, ask them to apply using this form and remind them to mention that you recommended us.
Can I earn more than one reward a year?
Yes, you can. Rewards are payable for each qualifying introduction you make, where we go on to either complete a project or place a consultant. You only earn one reward per introduction though.
Terms & Conditions:
“New project” is termed as an engagement or project with a client that Obelisk is not aware of and has not recorded on our platform at the time of receipt. It may be with a new client or an existing client. If we already have opened a brief for the project, no reward is payable.
“New consultant” is a person who is not already known to Obelisk and is newly created on our platform – if we are already in touch or have previously been in touch with them, we will let you know.
A new consultant must name you at the start of the application process as the person who recommended them.
Rewards must be invoiced for and are subject to taxes in line with your personal arrangements as any other income would be.
Obelisk will alert you when a reward becomes payable (which will be after we have completed and received payment from the client for the work in question). Bear in mind that some projects will not start immediately, and clients will sometimes take longer than 30 days to settle our invoice to them.
Rewards are on top of any chargeable work you bill us for and are subject to Obelisk discretion.
In the event of two or more consultants bringing the same piece of work or introducing the same consultant to Obelisk, the reward will be payable to the first person who we have a record of contacting us.
Obelisk reserves the right not to pursue work if it is outside our specialist practice areas, geographical coverage or not in line with our values.
Rewards are only payable in relation to the first project or job undertaken as the result of an introduction.
If a project is won by a different provider or the client decides to resource work in a different way, no reward is payable. Similarly, if a consultant doesn’t secure work through Obelisk, no reward is payable.
