Women Who Will 2025 Nominations

Celebrate the next generation of female leaders in law

Nominations close midnight 30th April 2025.

Celebrate the next generation of female leaders in law

This year marks the fifth anniversary of Women Who Will, a campaign dedicated to recognising the next generation of female leaders in law.

After a year that has placed immense pressure on women in the workforce, it is more important than ever to celebrate leadership, resilience, and vision in our industry. That’s why we are inviting you to nominate an outstanding woman lawyer for the Class of 2025 Women Who Will report—a publication honouring talented and inspiring women who are shaping the future of law.

We are looking for women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership—whether through their professional role, their impact in the community, or their drive to create change. This could mean championing diversity, embracing new technologies, or pioneering innovative approaches to legal work.

Nominate an Inspiring Woman Today

If you know a woman who is making a difference in law, nominate her today for inclusion in this year’s report.

Our Women Who Will report is published in partnership with The Next 100 Years Project which aims to encourage collaboration across the legal profession to improve, encourage and support the women lawyers of the future.

Featured Leaders from the Women Who Will Class of 2024

Our previous reports featured the brightest and best women in the law, including nominations from senior leaders in the FTSE 100. Sponsorship is one of the most vital ingredients in building a successful career, so we want to invite you, the legal leaders of today, to champion the women you think will be the leaders of tomorrow.
