Employment Lawyer

Experienced employment lawyer to advise leadership team on ad hoc basis.

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Level: mid/senior

Our client is looking for experienced Employment Law Consultants to support their consulting team who are short on resource. You will work closely with large, sophisticated corporate clients, adding value not just through technical advice, but also by improving processes and constructively challenging existing ways of working.

Key Responsibilities: – Provide client-facing employment law support to major corporate clients. – Advise on a broad range of contentious & non-contentious employment and tribunal matters, ensuring high-quality, pragmatic, and commercially focused guidance. – Confidence to push back or propose alternative approaches where current client practice is sub‑optimal, using your experience to suggest better/ smarter solutions.

Profile: – Qualified Employment Lawyers with strong UK employment law expertise. – Substantial post-qualification experience advising on contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters (e.g. dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, redundancy, workplace policies, tribunal claims). – Proven client-facing experience – comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders and senior contacts, building trusted relationships

Full-time is preferred; 4 days a week will be considered.
